I like to create. I see a blank space as a unique opportunity to create an original eye-catching piece of art, made entirely of shards of glass, ceramic, tile, beads, rocks and a little cement.

As a mosaic artist, many of my smaller artworks come together intuitively. No two pieces are alike. Each makes a statement, and every setting has the potential to surprise and delight. Most of my art incorporates found objects from my hikes around forests and creeks, but sometimes cracked dishes, rusty bits and/or unusual thrift store “treasures” make it into my work — as well as traditional materials like tile, glass and stone.

Commissions can be requested as well. I’ll collaborate with you to design and install a custom mosaic in your home or business that reflects your style and adds a splash of color, texture and movement — from an entryway to a backsplash to a fireplace to a large, mosaic mural.
